Frederick II , Duke of Lower Lorraine, Count in the Moselgau, and Lord of Saarbrucken was born circa 1005.1 He was the son of Frederick I ~ Count in the Moselgau and Ermentrude von Gleiberg. He was also the advocate of St. Ablo and Malmedy, Margrave of Antwerp, and by exchange, the Lord of Roca.1
