Otto von Wittlesbach IV ~ Count of Wittlesbach and Pfalzgrave of Bavaira was the son of Otto II von Scheyern ~ Count in the Kelsgau and in the Paar and of Scheyern and Richardis of Weimar.
Otto von Wittlesbach IV ~ Count of Wittlesbach and Pfalzgrave of Bavaira married Heilike von Pettendorf, daughter of Frederick ~ Lord of Lengenfeld and Sigena of Leige, before 13 July 1116.1 Otto became, in 1120, the Pfalzgrave of Bavaria.1 He re-founded the monastery of Indersdorf which had been founded by his father-in-law.1 He died on 4 August 1156.1
