     Berenger II ~ Vicomte of Gievaudun, Milhaud, Carlat, et Lodeve was the son of Richard II , Vicomte de Gievaudun et Milhaud and Rixinde , Dame de Lodeve and Montbrun.

Berenger II ~ Vicomte of Gievaudun, Milhaud, Carlat, et Lodeve married Adele, daughter of Gilbert II ~ Vicomte de Carlat and Nobilia, before 1050.1 He was present when Hugh de Roverge, Comte de Roverge, and Hugh's mother, the Contesss Richarde, made a gift to Conquer Abbey on 29 February 1051.1 On 12 April 1080, he was named in a letter from Pope Gregory VII, complaining that he had refused homage which he owed to the Abbey of Curillac.1 Berenger II ~ Vicomte of Gievaudun, Milhaud, Carlat, et Lodeve died after 12 April 1080.1
