Thüringbert was the son of Rutpert I , Count of the Upper Rhine and Wormsgau and Williswint of the Wormsgau. Thüringbert's name was also spelt Turincbertus in Latin.1,2 He was a wealthy land owner at Lorsch.1 He died before 767.3
