Raymond Benedict Myers was born on 16 March 1914 at Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.1,2,3,4
He was the son of Joseph Lucas Myers and Anna Isabelle Geiger. Raymond, age 6, appeared on the US Census of 1920 living at 333 Spring Street, Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania,in the household of his parents, Joseph Lucas and Anna Isabelle Myers.5 Raymond, age 16, appeared on the US Census of 1930 living at 335 Spring Street, Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania,in the household of his parents, Joseph Lucas and Anna Isabelle Myers.6 Raymond, age 25 years, appeared on the US Census of 1940 at Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.7 According to the Federal Census in 1940, Raymond was an electrical helper.7 On on 16 October 1940, Raymond registered for the World War II draft, while living at 335 Spring Street, Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He gave his age as 26 and his employer as the F. W. Woolworth Company.4
He was engaged on 10 June 1941 Their engagement annoncement reads:
Mrs. Elmer E. Graybill, of Quarryville, announces the engagement of her niece, Thelma H. Boyd, to Raymond B. Myers, of Philadelphia, son of Mrs. Anna Myers, of Latrobe, Pa.
Miss Boyd is a graduate of the East Drumore and Quarryville High schools and is employed at F. W. Woolworth Company, this city. Mr. Myers is a graduate of the Holy Family Catholic school and Latrobe High school. He is assistant manager of an F. W. Woolworth store in Philadelphia.
The wedding will take place in the near future.

Raymond Myers, 35 years, appeared as Head of Household with Thelma, his wife, on the United States Census of 1950 at 112 Columbia Avenue, Hatfield, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.10 According to the Federal Census in 1950, Raymond was the manager of a retail variety store.9 When his brother, Joseph died, in December 1979, Raymond lived at North Wales, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.11 In 1985, the year Raymond died, he lived at North Wales, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.1 When his brother, William died, in 1985, Raymond lived at North Wales, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.12 He died on 31 March 2000 at North Wales, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, at age 86.1,2,13
