     Chosroès I the Just ~ Shah of Iran was the son of Kavadh I ~ Shah of Iran. One of Iran's greatest kings, he fought against Justinian several times, forcing him to pay tribute after sacking Antioch in 540. He also reformed imperial taxation and restored Zoroastrianism.1 Chosroès was crowned the Shah of Iran in 531.2 He died in 579.
