     Agnes of Aquitaine ~ Queen of León and Castile was born in 1052.1 She was the daughter of William VIII Duke of Aquitaine and Matilda.1 Agnes of Aquitaine ~ Queen of León and Castile and Alfonso VI the Brave of León and Castile ~ King of Castile, León, and Navarre were engaged in 1069.1
