Robert Porter Allen was born in 1835. He was the son of Charles Allen and Rachel Porter. Robert Porter Allenappeared on the US Census of 1850 in the household of Charles Allen and Rachel Porter at Armstrong Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 According to the Federal Census in 1850, Robert was a farmer.1 He died in 1890.
