     Theophilus Peck was born in March 1702 at Greenwich, Connecticut.1,2,3 He was the son of Captain Samuel Peck and Ruth Ferris.1

Theophilus Peck, age 26, married Elizabeth Mead, age 24 , daughter of Benjamn Mead, on 23 May 1728 at Greenwich, Connecticut.

He was the owner of an extensive tract of land in the northern part of the town of Greenwich, called Pecksland and Round Hill.1 Theophilus Peck died on 7 November 1783 at Greenwich, Connecticut, at age 81.1,2
