Antoine Foisy was born on 2 July 1723 at Saint-Sulpice, Québec, New France.1 He was the son of Jacques Foisy and Marie-Charlotte Vegiard dite Labonté.1
Antoine married first on 4 February 1754 at Contrecœur, Québec, New France, Marguerite Duhamel, the daughter of Louis Duhamel and Louise-Françoise Volant. She was born 25 September 1734 in Contrecoeur, Québec, New France, and died 17 May 1769 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada.
Antoine Foisy, age 51, married Cécile Bourg, age 38 , daughter of Joseph Bourg and Louise Robichaud, on 20 February 1775 at L'Assomption, Québec, British North America.1
Antoine married third on 27 June 1780 at L'Assomption, Québec, British North America, Madeleine Doucet, the daughter of François Doucet and Marie-Anne Poirier. She was born about 1726 in Beaubassin, Acadia and died 13 June 1810 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada. She had been previously married to Franéois Cormier, Pierre Girouard, and Louis Galarneau.1 He died on 5 January 1797 at L'Assomption, Lower Canada, British North America, at age 73.1
