Mary Mellen, age 9, married Thomas Gleason, son of Thomas Gleason and Sarah ______, on 6 December 1695.1,2 As of 6 December 1695,her married name was Gleason. Mary and Thomas owned covenant at Oxford, Worcester County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, on 18 January 1720/21. and were thus founders of the Oxford Church.1 Mary and Thomasmoved to Oxford, Worcester County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, circa 1723.1
