     Charlotte-Gertrude LeRoy dite Audy was christened on 22 April 1678 in the Basilique-cathédrale Notre-Dame de Québec, Québec City, Québec, New France.1,2,3,4,5,6 She was born on 22 April 1678 at Saint-Joseph's Paroisse, Charlesbourg, Québec, New France.1,2,6 She was the daughter of Siméon LeRoy dit Audy and Claude Des Chalets.1 Charlotte-Gertrude moved to Côte Saint-François, Montréal, Québec, New France, with her parents, Siméon and Claude LeRoy in 1679.5 Charlotte-Gertrude and Claude Des Chalets immigrated with her family in 1682 to Albany; with their entire living family, execpting their son Jean, without the permission of the Province of New York.2,3,5 Charlotte-Gertrude moved to Kingston, Province of New York, with her parents, Siméon and Claude LeRoy after 1686.2,5
