Denis Areyas Relyea was born in 1674 at Esopus, now Kington, Province of New York.1 He was the son of Dernier Relje and Annetje Van Patten.2
Denis Areyas Relyea married Jeanne-Élisabeth LeRoy dite Audy, daughter of Siméon LeRoy dit Audy and Claude Des Chalets, in 1698 at the Province of New York.
Denis Areyas Relyea died in 1740 at Kingston, Province of New York.2
