Luvia B. Burnett

     Luvia B. Burnett was born in February 1884 at St. Albans, Vermont.^1,2 She was the daughter of Frank William Burnett and Calista Ann Prentiss. Luvia, age 16, appeared on the US Census of 1900 living at 16 Westminster Street, Rockingham, Vermont,in the household of her parents, Frank William and Calista Ann Burnett.¹ Luvia was a sewing machine operator in 1900.¹ According to the Bellows Falls, Vermont, City Directory, 1907, she lived in Bellows Falls, Vermont.³ Luvia, age 25 years, appeared on the US Census of 1910 on Canal Street, Brattleboro, Vermont, She was a student nurse at the the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.⁴ She died on 1 October 1918 at Liberty, Sullivan County, New York, at age 34.⁵
