Elizabeth (Browning) Harding
     Elizabeth Browning was born on 6 May 1777 at Rutland, Massachusetts.1,2,3 She was the daughter of John Browning and Sarah Tufts.

Elizabeth Browning, age 26, married Captain Oliver Harding, age 29 , son of Captain Abijah Harding and Sybil Adams, on 9 November 1803 at Rutland, Massachusetts.4,5,6,7 Elizabeth Browning died on 16 February 1845 at Barre, Massachusetts, at age 67 from erysipelas (a bacterial infection of the skin's outer layers.)1,2 She was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Barre, Massachusetts. Elizabeth's epitaph reads:
