Eleazer Kelley was born in March 1697/98 at Yarmouth, Massachusetts.1,2 He was the son of Jeremiah O'Kelley and Sarah Chase.
Eleazer Kelley, age 23, married Sarah Browning, age 27 , daughter of William Browning and Rebecca Wilbur, on 6 October 1721.3
Eleazer Kelley, age 50, married Phoebe Baker on 8 September 1748 at Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Eleazer wrote his will on 4 July 1775 at Yarmouth, Massachusetts.2 He died on 5 October 1775 at Yarmouth, Massachusetts, at age 77.1,2 He was buried at Quaker Cemetery, Dennis, Massachusetts.1 His estate was inventoried on 8 December 1775 at Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and valued at £354 19/5.2
