John William Burg

     John William Burg was born in April 1885 at Archbald, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Nicholas Burg and Katharina Schemel. John William Burgappeared on the US Census of 1900 in the household of Nicholas Burg and Katharina Burg at Ridge Road, Archbald, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.1 According to the census in 1900, John was a mule driver in a coal mine.1 He died on 13 February 1961 at Blakely, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, at age 75. He was buried on 17 February 1961.
