     Ebenezer Hill was christened on 15 February 1645/46 at Dorchester, Massachusetts, His christening date was recorded as 15 (12) 1645.1 He was the son of John Hill and Frances Tilden. Ebenezer lived in 1675 at Dorchester, Massachusetts.2 Ebenezer fought in Capt. Isaac Johnson's company in the Great Swamp Fight in King Philips War on 19 December 1675.1,3,4 In the 1679 Selectmans notes, Ebenezer Hill was also "advertised concerning idleness.4" Ebenezermoved to Bridgewater, Plymouth Colony, circa 1682.1

Ebenezer Hill married Ruth Bailey, daughter of Guido Bailey and Elizabeth Marston, circa 1683 at Bridgewater, Plymouth Colony.1,5,6 Guido Bailey was the administrator of an unknown person estate on 1 April 1690.7

Ebenezer Hill married Sarah ______ circa 1692 at Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1,5 Ebenezer and Sarah, his wife. sold land to John Irish in 1694.6 Ebenezer Hill died in 1696 at Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, He died in the Spring of that year.1,6 His estate was administered on 8 July 1696 at Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1,8
