     Gui II , Seigneur de Dampierre, de Bourbon, St. Just, and St. Dizier was the son of William I , Seigneur de Dampierre and Ermengarde de Mouchy.

Gui II , Seigneur de Dampierre, de Bourbon, St. Just, and St. Dizier married Mathilda , Dame de Bourbon, daughter of Archambaud VIII , Seigneur de Bourbon and Alice of Burgund, on 9 September 1196.1 Gui II's full titles were Seigneur de Dampierre, de Bourbon, St. Just, and St. Dizier; the Constable of Champagne; and the procurator of Auvergne.1 He was a loyal fief-holder of the Seigneurie de Montlucon.1 He died on 18 January 1216.1 He was buried at St. Laumesin in Bliois, France.1
