Jutta was born circa 1090.1 She was the daughter of Gerard I Flaminus ~ Count of Wassenburg and Guilders and Clemence of Poitou. Jutta was also known as Judith.1 She was the heiress of the lordship of Wassenburg.1
Jutta married Waleran III Paganus , Count of Arlon, Wassenburg and Limburg; Duke of Lower Lorraine, son of Henry I ~ Count of Arlon and Limburg and Adelaide von Botenstein.1 Jutta died on 26 June 1151.1
