Gonzelon I , Margrave of Antwerp, Count of Verdun, and Duke of Lower Lorraine was born circa 967.1 He was the son of Godfrey the Captive ~ Count of Verdun and Matilda of Saxony. Gonzelon's name was also spelt Gothelo or Gozelo.1 He died on 19 April 1044.1,2
