Hermann II of Safenberg , Lord of Norvenich and Count in the Keldachgau was the son of Hermann I Pusillus , Count in the Bonngau and Heilwig von Dillingen. In 1019, he was the Governor of Dentz.1 Hermann became, in 1028, the Lord of Norvenich.1 He died after 1041.1
