Konrad the Great's full titles were Count of Brehna and Camburg; he Margrave of Meissen and Lausitz; and the Count in the Groitsch-Rochlitz.1 He was born in 1098.1 He was the son of Thiemo I Count of Brehna and Ida von Northeim.
Konrad the Great , Count of Brehna and Camburg married Luitgard von Ravenstein, daughter of Albert von Ravenstein, before 1119.1 Konrad divided his land among his five sons in 1156, and became a monk at the Monastery of Petersburg, part of the Petersburg Abbey.1 Konrad the Great , Count of Brehna and Camburg died on 5 February 1157.1
