Samuel Warren Dewy Brindle
     Samuel Warren Dewy Brindle was born on 9 May 1899 at Claridge, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 He was the son of John George Brindle and Ethel McMichael. Samuel, age 1, appeared on the US Census of 1900 living at 204 Rose Street, Manor, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania,in the household of his parents, John George and Ethel Brindle.1 Samuel, age 10, appeared on the US Census of 1910 living at Cleveland Ave, Manor, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania,in the household of his parents, John George and Ethel Brindle.9 On 12 September 1918, Samuel registered for the World War I draft, while living at 299 West Crawford Avenue, Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, giving his age as 19 and his employer as H. C. Frick Coal Company.10 Samuel, age 20, appeared on the US Census of 1920 living at 123 South Ninth Street, Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania,in the household of his parents, John George and Ethel Brindle. He as a pumper in a coal mine.11 According to the Federal Census in 1920, Samuel was a pumper in a coal mine.11

Samuel Warren Dewy Brindle married Georgianna Huey, daughter of William Ernest Huey and Daisy Pearl Butt.3 Samuel's wife, Anna, died on 28 August 1935; by suicide by taking bichloride of mercury tablets.3,12,13,7

Samuel Warren Dewy Brindle, age 38, married Imogene Lohr, age 30 , daughter of John E. Lohr and Mary Ann Kerr, on 25 March 1938.

On on 16 February 1942, Samuel registered for the World War II draft, while living at 112 West Givson Avenue, Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, giving his age as 42 and he was self employed.8 Samuel, age 50 years, and Imogene, age 42 years, appeared on the US Census of 1950 on 109 Hoos Avenue, Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.14 Samuel Warren Dewy Brindle died on 18 January 1975 at Huntington Memorial Hospital, Huntington, Huntington County, Indiana, at age 75 from septicemia.2,3,6,12,7 Samuel was buried on 21 January 1975 at Gardens of Memory, Huntington, Huntington County, Indiana.7,6,12
