     Tamzin Whittier was born in 1774 at Haverhill, Massachusetts.1,2 She was the daughter of Nathaniel Whittier and Anna Carlton. Tamzin's name was also spelt Tamson. Her married name was Flanders.

Tamzin Whittier married Jonathan Flanders, son of Jedidiah Flanders and Judith Tuxbury, at the Salisbury, Massachusetts.
