Joseph Latham was the son of Thomas Latham and Deborah Hardin.
Joseph Latham married Sarah Hayward, daughter of Nathaniel Hayward, in 1717.
Joseph wrote his will in 1758.1 He enlisted into the Canada expedition in 1758.1 He died in 1760.1
