Deliverance Alger was born circa 1658 at Bridgewater, Plymouth Colony.1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Alger and Elizabeth Packard.
Deliverance Alger married James Latham, son of Robert Latham and Susanna Winslow, in 1693.3,4,5,6 Deliverance Alger died in 1748 at East Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.6,7,2,8,9 Her estate was administered on 1 January 1749 at Plymouth County, Massachusetts.10 Her estate was probated in 1749.7 She was buried at Old Graveyard, East Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, section B, grave #244. The stone was erected in 1848 by William Latham, a descendant. Deliverance's epitaph reads:
