     Beriah Latham was christened on 10 March 1727 at East Bridgewater, Massachusetts.1,2,3,4 She was the daughter of Thomas Latham and Deborah Hardin.

Beriah Latham, age 21, married Israel Hill, age 28 , son of Ebenezer Hill and Susanna Leonard, on 27 June 1748 at Bridgewater, Massachusetts.2,1,5,6,7,8 Beriah and Israelmoved to Oakham, Massachusetts, circa 1775.1 Israel Hill published the following:

"Whereas Beriah, the wife of me the subscriber, has wickedly and notoriously kept company and cohabited with one Joseph Latham, and has sold many articles of her wearing apparel &c. and has threatened to destroy all my interests: These are therefore to forbid all persons purchasing any thing of her, or crediting her on my account, for I will not pay any debt of her contracting or suffer any [bargin?] of hers to stand. Israel Hill, Oakham, April 23, 1777.9"


Israel Hill's bounty of £20 was paid to Widow Beriah Hill by vote of the town April 13, 1778.9 Beriah Latham was the administrator of Israel Hill's estate on 9 July 1778 at Plymouth County, Massachusetts.9 Beriah Latham died in 1822.10
