     Thomas Latham was born in 1682 at Bridgewater, Plymouth Colony.1,2,3 He was the son of James Latham and Deliverance Alger.

Thomas Latham married Deborah Hardin, age 17 , daughter of John Hardin and Hannah ______, on 19 March 1711/12.4,5,6,7,3,8 He sold on 11 April 1728 to John Holman of Milton, Massachusetts a homestead in Bridgewater containing 80 acres, forty acres of which is the homestead he purchased from his father.9,3 Thomas and Deborahmoved to Hyde County, North Carolina, in 1735.3 Thomas Latham died in 1769 at East Bridgewater, Massachusetts.10,11,12,2 He was buried at Old Graveyard, East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, section B, grave 244. Thomas's epitaph reads:
