     William II de Warren , Earl of Surrey was born in 1072 at Sussex, England.1 He was the son of William I de Warenne , Earl of Surrey and Gundrada St. Omer. He was the 2ed Earl of Warren.1 He fought at Tenchebray in 1106 for Henry I.1

William II de Warren , Earl of Surrey married Isabel de Vermandois , Countess of Leicester, daughter of Hugh Magnus de Crépi ~ Duke of France and Burgundy and Adelaide de Vermandois ~ Countess de Vermandois and Valois, circa 1118.1,2,3,4 William II de Warren , Earl of Surrey died on 11 May 1138.1,2 He was buried at Lewes Prior, Lewes, Sussex, England.1
