Charles Haché dit Gallant married Geneviève Lavergne, age 18 , daughter of Pierre Lavergne and ______ Anne Bernon, on 24 February 1727 at Annapolis Royal, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.3,2,4 In the 1734 US Census, Charles was recorded, age 35, living in Port-LaJoie, Île Saint-Jean (now Prince Edward's Island), New France.3 He died in 1749 at Bathurst, Acadia (now New Brunswick), New France.5
