     Joseph Napoléon Many was christened on 19 September 1845 at St-Joseph-de-Chambly Paroisse, Chambly, Québec, Canada.2,3,1,4 He was born on 19 September 1845 at Chambly, Québec, Canada.1 He was the son of Joseph Many and Geneviève Jetté.1 Joseph Napoléon Many, age 34 years, appeared on the Canadian Census of 1851 in the household of Joseph Many and Geneviève Jetté at Chambly, Québec, Canada.5 Joseph Napoléon Many, age 44 years, appeared on the Canadian Census of 1861 in the household of Joseph Many and Geneviève Jetté at Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada.6 Joseph was a farmer in 1861.6

Joseph Napoléon Many, age 21, married Marie-Marguerite Poirier, age 23 , daughter of Jean-Baptiste-Félix Poirier and Marie-Louise Amiot, on 5 February 1867. Joseph Napoléon Many died on 20 February 1868 at Chambly, Québec, Canada, at age 22.3,7 He was buried on 22 February 1868.7
