     Geneviève Jetté was born on 14 April 1821 at Chambly, Lower Canada, British North America.1,2,3,4 She was christened on 15 April 1821 at St-Joseph-de-Chambly Paroisse, Chambly, Lower Canada, British North America.2 She was the daughter of Antoine Jetté and Marie-Josephte Cognac.

Geneviève Jetté, age 19, married Joseph Many, age 24 , son of Joseph Many and Louise Lamoureux, on 19 January 1841 at Montréal, Québec, Canada. Their marriage contract was notorized by Basile Laroque.5,6,3,4 Geneviève, age 29 years, and Joseph, age 34 years , appeared on the Canadian Census of 1851 at Chambly, Québec, Canada.7 Geneviève, age 39 years, and Joseph, age 44 years , appeared on the Canadian Census of 1861 at Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada.8 Geneviève, age 49 years, and Joseph, age 54 years , appeared on the Canadian Census of 1871 at Sainte-Luce, Québec, Canada.1 Geneviève Jettéappeared on the Canadian Census of 1891 in the household of Zepherin Many and Marie-Georgina Cognac at Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.9 Geneviève Jetté died on 25 February 1895 at Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada, at age 73.10
