Matilda of Bloulogne was born circa 1162.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Matthew of Alsace ~ Comte de Boulogne and Mary of Blois ~ Princess of England and Countess of Mortain. Matilda of Bloulogne was also known as Maud of Flanders.1 She was the heiress of Countship of Boulogne.1,4
Matilda of Bloulogne married Henry I the Courageous , Duke of Brabant, son of Godrey III , Duke of Brabant and of Lower Lorraine and Margaret von Limbourg, in 1179.4,5,1,2,3 Matilda of Bloulogne died in 1211.1,2,3
