In the 1734 US Census, Louis was recorded, age 8, living in Port-LaJoie, Île Saint-Jean (now Prince Edward's Island), New France.3 In the 1752 US Census, Louis was recorded, age 25, living in Rivière du Nord-Est, Québec, New France.3
