Elizabeth Eleanor Pschirer

     Elizabeth Eleanor Pschirer was born on 21 February 1895 at Millville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.^1,2 She was the daughter of Frank Frederick Pschirer and Mary Anna Boehm. Elizabeth, age 15, appeared on the US Census of 1910 living at 645 North Avenue, Millville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania,in the household of her parents, Frank Frederick and Mary Anna Pschirer. She worked as a servant for a private family.³

Elizabeth Eleanor Pschirer, age 22, married Louis Leo Sahr, age 23 , son of Albert M. Sahr and Margaret Elizabeth Merdian, on 16 May 1917 at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Millvale, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.^1,4 As of 16 May 1917,her married name was Sahr. Elizabeth, age 24 years, and Louis, age 25 years, appeared on the US Census of 1920 on 1223 Thackers Street, McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.⁵ Elizabeth, age 34 years, and Louis, age 35 years, appeared on the US Census of 1930 on 2620 Glasgow Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.⁶ Elizabeth and Louis, appeared on the census of 1940 on 2620 Glasgow Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.⁷ Elizabeth, age 55, appeared on the US Census of 1950 living at South Shenango Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania,in the household of her son, Louis Albert Sahr and his family.⁸ Elizabeth Eleanor Pschirer died on 7 April 1986 at Greenville, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, at age 91.^1,2,9 Elizabeth's obituary of 7 April 1986, reads:
